With our close-knit team of 15 consultants, we support clients across various sectors with their national and international communication assignments, from startups and scaleups to large corporates, but also governments, political parties and NGOs. You show the way. As an account director at FINN, you are a strategic sounding board for the board and C-level at Belgium's largest companies and organizations. Customers count on you to provide them with valuable insights and creative solutions that have an impact on their reputation and brand. You make sure everyone is on the same page, both colleagues and freelancers with whom you work for your clients.
You develop strategies. As an account director, you are aware of the business challenges of the key accounts at FINN and turn them into viable, impactful strategies and campaigns. You help clients make informed decisions about their communication approach - both in their proactive brand building and in issue management and crisis communication. You keep clients on their toes by alerting them to the challenges facing them today - as well as tomorrow.
You orchestrate. You ensure precise execution of the communication strategies and plans. As an account director, you are the point of contact for important clients at FINN. You liaise with management where necessary and closely monitor the work of internal and external team members. You ensure that campaigns are delivered at the highest quality, on time and within budget.
You like to keep things moving. For you, a strategy is a mandate to do things. You like to grow brands and reputations through concrete actions. You can zoom in on details when needed and zoom back out to see the bigger picture - and the next step in the client's journey.
You are analytical. You see connections between facts and can turn them into a compelling story.
You are empathetic. You know your own strengths and weaknesses and can understand the point of view of others. You are committed to integrity.
