We’re seeking a skilled freelance Content Marketing Coordinator to support our content strategy and operations on a part-time/fractional basis. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities to help drive our content marketing initiatives forward.
Role Overview
Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute our content marketing strategy while ensuring quality and consistency across all channels. This is a remote, flexible position with a variable workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of content marketing strategies
- Coordinate content calendar and manage deadlines across multiple channels
- Handle content publishing and optimization across website and social media platforms
- Perform quality control and editing of content before publication
- Track content performance and prepare regular reports with key metrics and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to ensure timely content delivery
- Maintain content organization and documentation
- Optimize existing content based on performance data
- Ensure brand consistency across all content pieces
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Dutch, English and French
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing or related field
- Proven track record of managing content operations and calendars
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
- Proficiency in content analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
Technical Knowledge
- Content Management Systems (WordPress, Yoast SEO)
- SEO best practices and tools
- Google Analytics and other content performance tracking tools
- Microsoft Office Suite
