Communication consultant – 2/3 years of experience

FINN is a successful, award-winning growth company. To support our growth we are looking for a communication consultant / account manager (2 - 3 years of experience).
You work on strategies and implement them. As a consultant/account manager, you are aware of your client's business challenges and convert them into impactful communication strategies and campaigns. You ensure precise execution of concrete actions (press releases, video scripts, copywriting for social posts, blogs, testimonials, advice, etc.). You are involved in the entire process from start to finish.
You organise. As an account manager, you are the point of contact for our customers. You ensure that campaigns and actions are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and you report on the outcome to the client.
You show the way. Clients rely on you to provide valuable insights and creative solutions that impact their reputation and brand. You bring the outside world into the hands of your customers, and bring them into contact with important stakeholders and trends.
You have an academic master's degree (not necessarily in communication) or you have equivalent experience. You have been in a marketing, communication or public affairs position for about 2 years now and you have learned to keep a cool head in ever-changing situations. You are a native speaker in Dutch and are fluent in French and English.
You are hands on. A strategy is a mandate for you to do things. You like to get brands and reputations moving through concrete actions. You can zoom in on details when necessary and zoom out again to see the bigger picture - and the next step in the customer's journey.
You are analytical. You quickly see connections between facts and can convert them into a convincing story.
You are empathetic and curious. You know your own strengths and weaknesses and can understand the point of view of others. Integrity is very important to you.
